Frequently asked

Where To Begin?

Whether it is a small or large project there are many variables that drive the project’s budget, schedule, and efficiency. Once a project is formally under contract this will all be fleshed out in more detail and, as a client, you will be provided with construction schedules, updated estimates, and the associated specification sheets to reflect the further refinement of design details.

Can You Help With Design?

While we have a very talented team of individuals who would be capable of creating spectacular ideas, we are solely a builder and general contracting firm. Our project managers are highly skilled at taking the designs and ideas of our design partners and turning them into reality. If you are in need of interior design, architecture, or engineering services we would be delighted to connect you with our design partners and help guide you through that process.

How Much Will My Project Cost?

Due to the highly custom nature of our work and all the variables associated with even a small project, this is a question we often get but is not something that has a quick “off the cusp” answer. We take estimating our projects very seriously and put a lot of time into them in order to provide the most accurate estimate possible for our clients. It will typically take several weeks for us to walk through a project, compile material and labor data, and put together our formal proposal to present to the client. This proposal is very granular and contains line items and allowances for every aspect of the project, even if the details are yet to be specified.

How Long Will My Project Take?

The construction schedule and timeline for any project is completely dependent on the size and scope of the project. On smaller projects like bathrooms or kitchens you could expect several months while on larger projects you could see timelines reach out to 6-12 months, if not longer. In our current global environment of supply chain issues and labor shortages we have seen delays of 25-50% longer due to backordered items, quality control shortcomings, and the backlog of work. It is our goal to avoid as much of this as possible for all of our projects, however, our clients must enter into any new project with an understanding that these issues will inevitably arise.
