Who we are

Falls Bridge Construction is a general contracting and project management company based in Philadelphia, PA.

We specialize in residential and commercial projects ranging from small renovations to ground-up construction. Our team consists of not only professional tradesmen and women but also experts in the field of project management, allowing us to make the process easy and seamless for our clients.

We all greatly love what we do and find great enjoyment in seeing the excitement and vision of our clients come together right before their eyes. We realize there is quite a bit of stress and unknowns associated with any project and our goal is to be there to act as not only a contractor but also as a guide throughout the entire process.

We strive to bring the utmost communication and financial transparency to every client relationship allowing you to focus on what matters most to you throughout the project. We believe that good people attract good people and this could not be more true than our team and all the great designers, architects, and clients we’ve worked with over the years.

Some of John’s fondest memories as a child came from the time he spent alongside his father, a professional engineer, visiting job sites, renovating their home, and working on anything mechanical. This passion for learning how the world is built as well as what makes things tick is something that stuck with John into his teenage years as he spent much of his free time on his hobbies of restoring cars, motorcycles, and boats.

After attending Drexel University and spending much of his time rowing on Boathouse Row, John found himself attached to Philadelphia and its historic real estate. With an education in business and commercial real estate, and working for J.P. Morgan in commercial real estate asset management, John found himself always attracted to the larger construction projects he was often involved in. It was once John purchased his first home and spent every night and weekend renovating it that he realized it was time to leave the banking world to start Falls Bridge Construction.

Over the next several years it has been John’s goal to assemble the best possible team of project managers, tradesmen and women to deliver skillfully crafted projects to its clients. With the help of its amazing design, architecture, and engineering partners, Falls Bridge Construction has had the opportunity to work with many discerning clients on some spectacular projects.
